My experience at Royalty Hair was average. The staff was friendly, and the salon had a nice vibe. However, the hairstylist didn't quite understand what I wanted and the result was just okay. I appreciate their effort, but I was hoping for more. It wasn't a bad experience, but I might explore other options next time.
