I recently engaged the services of Proficient Security Ltd and overall my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their offerings. However, I found that their response time to my inquiries was a bit slow. The security personnel provided were professional and knowledgeable, but did not go above and beyond in terms of customer service. The pricing was reasonable, but I feel that the value for money could have been better. While they did a decent job in ensuring the security of my premises, I wasn't overly impressed with their attention to detail. In conclusion, Proficient Security Ltd is an average security company that fulfills the basics but lacks a certain level of excellence.
