However, I was disappointed with the lack of clear communication and responsiveness from their team. It often took longer than expected to receive updates and responses to my queries. While they did deliver satisfactory results, the overall experience could have been better if they were more proactive and efficient in their communication. Although I appreciate their expertise in project management, I would recommend potential clients to consider other options if prompt and efficient communication is a priority for them.
