I can't say enough good things about Ki Martial Arts! The instructors are amazing and the training is top-notch. I've been training here for a year now and I've seen such a huge improvement in my skills and confidence. The classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors always push you to do your best. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Ki Martial Arts to anyone who wants to learn self-defense and get in shape.
