Primesense has been an average company to deal with. While their products are decent, their website lacks proper information and can be confusing to navigate. I recently bought their device, and it works most of the time. However, there have been a few issues, and the customer service was not very helpful. Overall, Primesense needs to improve in certain areas to become a better company.
