I have had a decent experience with Imperial College Union. While they offer a good range of services and activities, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff members are generally friendly but sometimes seem overwhelmed with the workload. The website is informative, but I have faced difficulties in finding specific information at times. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the union but believe they could enhance the user experience further.
