The insurance company I recently switched to was good overall. The rates were reasonable and the website was fairly easy to navigate. However, I had a few issues with the customer service. The representative I spoke with was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping me. It took longer than expected to get the information I needed. Decent experience overall.
