Circusoul yoga is a wonderful company. Their instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I have been attending their classes for over a year now and I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and strength. The classes are challenging, but the instructors provide modifications for all levels, making it accessible to everyone. The studio is also clean and well-maintained with a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Circusoul yoga!
