Züst Bachmeier SA Chiasso is an average freight forwarder. Their service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. They have delivered my packages on time, but there were a few instances where the packaging was damaged. The communication could also be better. Overall, they get the job done, but I wouldn't say they exceed my expectations.
