I recently attended a performance by the Boston modern orchestra project and I must say, it was an average experience. The musicians were talented, but the overall performance lacked energy and passion. The conductor seemed disconnected from the music at times, which affected the overall coherence of the performance. However, the choice of repertoire was interesting and showcased the orchestra's versatility. With some improvements, the Boston modern orchestra project has the potential to be a great ensemble.
