I had an average experience with Directrips. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the prices to be a bit higher compared to other travel websites. The booking process was smooth and I received my confirmation email promptly. However, the customer service could be improved as it took them quite some time to respond to my inquiry. Overall, it was a decent experience.
