I recently used a local florist for an event, and overall, it was an average experience. The arrangements were decent but lacked that wow factor I was hoping for. The flowers were fresh and lasted for a decent amount of time. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and there was some confusion with my order. While Designs by Gayle did an okay job, I think there are better options out there.
