I recently utilized the rehab services provided by this company and found them to be satisfactory overall. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information regarding the services offered. The staff members were professional and knowledgeable, addressing my concerns and questions adequately. However, I felt that the communication between the staff and clients could have been improved. There were instances where it took longer than expected to receive updates and feedback on my progress. Moreover, the pricing was on the higher side compared to some other rehab service providers in the area. While the quality of the services was decent, I expected a bit more for the price paid. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the company in assisting me with my rehabilitation needs.
