I ordered a bike from Bescletta.com and I have mixed feelings about my purchase. The bike arrived on time and it looks good, but it didn't meet my expectations in terms of performance. The customer service was average, they did respond to my inquiries but didn't provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
