I have been a customer of Computek inc. for a few years now, and I must say their service is average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products, I've had some issues with their customer support. It often takes a long time to get a response, and when I do, the solution is usually not very helpful. I hope they can improve their support in the future.
