I've been attending pilates classes at this studio for the past few months and I'm very impressed with the quality of instruction. The instructors are very attentive and knowledgeable. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my strength and flexibility since I started. The studio has a peaceful and positive atmosphere which makes the classes enjoyable. I highly recommend Harmonious Pilates to anyone interested in pilates!
