CUSTOMER: My experience with this research company was not up to the mark. The services provided by Alliance for Clinical Research Excellence and Safety (ACRES) were average at best. I expected better communication and faster responses. The website, acresglobal.net, is good, but there is room for improvement. I hope they can step up their game in the future.
