As a customer, I recently had an experience with a consulting company and overall, I found it to be average. Upon visiting their website, I was impressed with its professional and user-friendly layout, making navigation easy. However, I felt that the content lacked depth and detail about their services and expertise. Additionally, the website had limited information about their team members, which left me wanting to know more about the individuals involved in the company. In terms of customer support, the response time was acceptable, but the information provided felt generic, lacking a personal touch. The pricing structure was not transparent, and I had to reach out directly to inquire about their rates. While I did not have a negative experience, I also did not feel particularly impressed or inclined to choose this company over others in the market. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
