I recently used the services of a home inspection company for my new property, and I must say, I had an average experience. The technician arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the house. However, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. They missed a few minor issues which I later noticed on my own. Additionally, the report provided was somewhat vague and could have been more detailed. On the positive side, the technician was friendly and answered all my questions. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful information. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and providing more comprehensive reports.
