I recently joined a Muay Thai club at muaythaiclubs.co.uk and it has been a game-changer for me. The workouts are intense and fun. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They focus on proper technique and make sure everyone is working at their own pace. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I've made new friends and feel motivated every time I go to a class.
