As a loyal customer of Arch hotels and resorts, I can confidently say that their service is average. While they have all the necessary amenities and a comfortable ambiance, I feel that they could use some improvements in terms of customer service. The staff is friendly but fails to exceed expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience.
