I have been a customer of Alta Energy, Inc. for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver what they promise, I find that there is nothing exceptional about their performance. The rates are reasonable and the customer service is satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their overall efficiency. I have experienced a few delays in getting my energy issues resolved, and I believe that they could be more proactive in addressing customer concerns. Overall, Alta Energy, Inc. is just an average company in my opinion.
