I have been using Incentive Resources for the past year and overall, I must say they are average. While their website, awardbank.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate, there are a few areas where they can improve. The selection of rewards is not extensive enough, and their customer service could be more responsive. However, I appreciate their prompt delivery of rewards and the quality of the products offered. With some enhancements, they can become a great resource for incentive programs.
