I've been using public transportation for a while now, and the service provided by CAT has been satisfactory. The buses are usually on schedule, and the drivers are friendly. However, there have been instances where the buses were overcrowded, especially during rush hour. This can make the journey uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I would recommend CAT to others for their transportation needs.
