I had a somewhat average experience with Julien de Savignac. While their products are of decent quality, they didn't exceed my expectations. The customer service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The pricing was fair, but I feel like there are better options available in the market. Overall, an okay company, but nothing exceptional.
