I have been a CUSTOMER of Aki media for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. The customer support is responsive but not always helpful. The website design is decent but could be improved. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. They have room for improvement.
