I recently had the opportunity to work with a tooling and machine company, and I must say that my overall experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate, providing a clear understanding of their services and products. Their range of tools and machines seemed to be extensive, offering various options to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not always thorough or timely. Additionally, the delivery of my order took longer than expected, causing a small inconvenience. On the positive side, the quality of the tools I received was satisfactory, and they performed as expected. Overall, while not exceptional, my experience with this company was average.
