I recently started practicing yoga at Flow Yoga Leiderdorp and I am loving it! The instructors are wonderful and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging but also very relaxing. I highly recommend Flow Yoga Leiderdorp to anyone looking to improve their mind, body, and soul.
