I had a mixed experience with a marketing company called Gms - global marketing strategies. While their overall service was good, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The website, mylogistics.co.za, was informative and easy to use. However, the communication could have been more prompt and proactive. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
