I recently used a floral service for my event and they did an okay job. The arrangements were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The flowers were fresh, but I felt like they could have been arranged better. The website was user-friendly and I had no issues with the ordering process. However, the customer service was lacking. I didn't feel like my needs were fully understood or prioritized. Overall, Designs by Gayle was an average experience for me.
