I recently hired a roofing company to repair some leaks in my home, and I decided to give Maly Roofing Company a try. The overall experience was average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to gather information about their services. However, communication with the company was lacking. They took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and there were some delays in scheduling the work. The actual repair job was completed satisfactorily, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards, which required additional follow-up and time. While the quality of their work was decent, I believe they could improve their customer service and responsiveness. Overall, my experience with Maly Roofing Company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
