I had a decent experience with Melange. The quality of their products is good but not exceptional. The fit of the dress I purchased was slightly off, but it was still wearable. The customer service was average - they were responsive but not very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I might consider buying from Melange again in the future.
