The training at Umaa is fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable and really take the time to help you improve your skills. I've been training here for a few months now and have seen a huge improvement in my technique. The classes are well-organized and the facilities are clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Umaa training to anyone looking to learn martial arts.
