I had a mixed experience with Electrical Sales, Inc. I found their website to be user-friendly and the variety of products offered was impressive. However, the customer service could have been better. The representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable and weren't able to provide satisfactory answers to my questions. Overall, an average experience.
