I have been a customer of University of Tartu Press for the past two years and I must say that their services have been average. While they have a good selection of books, their delivery times can be quite long. It usually takes around two weeks for my order to arrive, which is longer than I would prefer. On the positive side, their customer service is quite helpful and they have always been able to assist me with any issues or concerns I may have had. Overall, I would rate University of Tartu Press as average.
