I recently stayed at Palisades resort and had a mixed experience. The website was user-friendly and the amenities were good. However, the service was inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed disinterested. The overall cleanliness of the resort could have been better. Despite these issues, I had a decent stay overall.
