I recently participated in a program that sounds very similar to Girls on the Run Michiana and I can confidently say that it was a life-changing experience. The emphasis on physical activity combined with building confidence and self-esteem is incredibly effective. Girls on the Run Michiana seems to have a similar mission, and I believe their work in empowering young girls is incredibly important. Keep up the great work!
