I've had an account with this bank for over a year...

I've had an account with this bank for over a year now and I must say, I am quite disappointed with their services. The customer service is lacking and the staff seems disinterested in helping customers. The online banking platform is outdated and not user-friendly. There are definitely better banks out there.
