I recently booked a holiday to Sri Lanka with Elephant Island Europe Ltd, and I must say it was an average experience. The website, holidaysinsrilanka.net, was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I expected more from the customer service. The representatives were polite but not very helpful. The tour itself was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
