I had a mixed experience with State Resource Centre - India. While their website srcraea.org is informative and user-friendly, I felt that their customer service could be improved. The response times for my queries were rather slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, once I did get in touch with a representative, they were helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
