I recently attended a cooking class at nosoc.com and it was fantastic. The instructor was amazing and taught us some really great recipes. The hands-on experience was invaluable and I was able to recreate the dishes at home with ease. I highly recommend the New Orleans School of Cooking for anyone interested in learning how to cook New Orleans-style cuisine.
