I have been a customer of FNCCC for several years and overall my experience has been average. The customer service is usually prompt and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiries. The online account management system is user-friendly and convenient. However, I feel that the interest rates could be more competitive compared to other credit card providers. It would be great if FNCCC could offer better rewards and benefits for loyal customers.
