I had a mixed experience with Nextgen records. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were often generic and unhelpful. However, their product selection is impressive, and the quality of their records is top-notch. Overall, I would rate them as average.
