I recently used the services of Metropolitan Consulting Inc. and overall, I found them to be average. The company website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the overall level of customer service was lacking. The representatives were polite, but not overly helpful or responsive to my inquiries.

In terms of the actual service provided, it was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. They were able to complete the task I hired them for, but there were certain delays and miscommunications along the way. The final result met my expectations, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond.

Overall, I would rate Metropolitan Consulting Inc. as average. They are competent enough to get the job done, but there are areas where they could improve, particularly in terms of customer service and communication.
