My recent experience with Sneiber was less than satisfactory. The product I ordered had some flaws and the customer service team was unhelpful in resolving the issue. It took multiple attempts and a long wait to get a response, and even then, the solution provided was unsatisfactory. I expected better service from a company like Sneiber.
