I recently used the services of a certain accounting firm, and overall, I was quite pleased with the service they provided. However, I would like to point out that there is room for improvement. The attention to detail could be better, and the response time to queries needs to be faster. Apart from these minor issues, I had a good experience and would consider using their services again.
