I have been a customer of Hebert Insurance for many years and I can say that their service is average. Although they provide the basic coverage I need for my home and car, I feel like their prices could be better. The customer service representatives are polite and helpful, but I have had some issues with their claims process. Overall, I would say they are an average insurance company.
