Psd to html/css did an average job in converting my PSD designs to HTML/CSS. The overall quality of the code was satisfactory, and they delivered the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, I found some minor issues that needed to be fixed. Despite these shortcomings, their customer service was helpful and responsive.
