Empyrean brewing co. is a solid brewery. The variety of beers they offer is impressive. I particularly enjoyed their IPA, which had a great balance of hops and malt. The atmosphere of the taproom is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for years and haven't been disappointed yet.
