I recently had a chance to check out the services of a creative design company, and I must say I had a fairly average experience. The company's website was easy to navigate and visually appealing, with a range of projects showcased. However, the website lacked detailed information about the services they offer, making it difficult to gauge if they could meet my specific needs. Their social media presence was decent, but I would have appreciated more regular updates to keep me engaged. When I reached out for a quote, I received a response fairly promptly, but there was a lack of personalization in the communication. It would have been nice to feel more valued as a potential customer. Overall, the company seems to have potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and customer service. 🤔💭
